The warranty on Shure earphones runs for 2 years in the UK from the date of the original purchase and not from the date of any subsequent replacements. Should your earphones develop a fault within that 2 year period then we will replace the faulty part as many times as is necessary.

The warranty is only valid if the earphones have been purchased directly from Shure or from a Shure-authorised UK reseller.

All products manufactured by Shure Incorporated feature a limited two-year warranty.

This two-year warranty is specific to the date of purchase as shown on your purchase receipt.

Returns Procedure

While under a valid warranty period, products that are defective due to a manufacturing fault (purchased domestically) may be returned to Shure Distribution UK with prior authorisation for service and repair free of charge.

A Returns Authorisation Number (RAN) can be obtained by contacting the Service Department on 01992 703058 or alternatively you can request a RAN by emailing service@shuredistribution.co.uk

Your email must contain the following information:

  • Full name
  • Address
  • Contact telephone number
  • Model number
  • Serial Number
  • Description of fault

Out of warranty items may be returned for service and repair for a fee - contact the Service Department for an estimate.

Shure Distribution UK reserves the right to charge an additional fee for products with extensive physical damage or those that require additional unforeseen repairs however, we will not proceed without your authorisation.
