An unprecedented combination of audio and RF performance for the most demanding professional monitoring applications.

Clear and accurate audio quality

  • Enhanced digital stereo encoder provides a wider stereo field with exceptional separation, enhancing audio detail and clarity
  • Patented Audio Reference Companding sounds more like wired

Robust RF performance

  • Up tp 80 MHz tuning bandwidth for highest RF spectrum flexibility
  • Precision front-end RF filtering, the same found in industry-leading UHF-R wireless systems, significantly reduces RF interference for a cleaner, stronger RF signal, fewer dropouts, and less audible artifacts
  • Exceptional transmitter linearity vastly reduces frequency intermodulation, allows more compatible channels per frequency range
  • Auto RF gain control prevents signal distortion due to RF overload before it can affect performance
  • Bodypack receiver with two antenna diversity for rock-solid coverage

Innovative setup and operation features

  • Patent-pending CueMode allows monitoring of different stage mixes and storing of up to 20 separate channels on one bodypack for quick and easy reference
  • Front Panel RF mute switch for enabling or disabling RF transmission
  • The bodypack receiver scans the full range and IR syncs scan data to the transmitter. The transmitter assigns compatible frequencies to additional transmitters over the network or scan data to Wireless Workbench
  • MixMode Technology allows the bodypack user to balance the level of two separate channels while simultaneously listening to both signals in both ears
  • LCD menu with grouped menu items for easier user interface

Networked Control Via Wireless Workbench Software

  • Ethernet port for Shure network connectivity
  • Advanced compatible frequency coordination simplifies setup for high channel counts
  • Visual display of scan plotting in a rich graphical environment
  • Remote control of transmitter settings
    • RF mute enable/disable
    • RF output power adjustments
    • Aux/line level
    • Audio input level
    • Channel/device name edit
  • Directly update firmware with WWB through software update

Touring-Grade Design

  • Full rack, dual channel transmitter in a rugged, professional chassis
  • Internal power supply with IEC in/out ports enables easy power chaining in the rack
  • Backwards compatibility with PSM 900 for simplified inventory management

The PSM1000 system shares the same usability and feature set as the PSM900 in ear personal monitoring system. The PSM1000 system also contains some additional exclusive features:

Bodypack Receiver with Two Antenna Diversity – The best in audio and RF performance

The P10R bodypack employs two antenna diversity reception, providing rocksolid coverage from two antennas for the best in audio and RF performance.

Rechargeability – Low operating costs and extended battery life

The P10R works with an 8-Up battery charger (SBC800). This compact and portable unit charges eight SB900 batteries to full capacity within two hours, with status LEDs to indicate power levels.

Full Range Scan & Sync Capabilities – Most efficient setup and control

Streamlining pre-show setup tasks, the P10R bodypack receiver scans the full range and IR syncs scan data to the P10T transmitter. The P10T then assigns compatible frequencies to additional transmitters over the network or transfers scan data to Wireless Workbench 6.0.

The P10T is a professional wireless transmitter and part of the PSM 1000 In-Ear Personal Monitoring System.
