Shure Distribution UK (SDUK), formerly known as HW International, was acquired by Shure Incorporated in early 2003 and has been at the leading edge of import and distribution for over 36 years, representing some of the best products available in the field of pro audio.
SDUK is a wholly owned subsidiary of Shure Inc. While Shure Inc focuses on the manufacturing, marketing and distribution of Shure products, SDUK is a multibrand distributor and embraces a number of additional brands in its portfolio.

Market Segments
SDUK operates and reports through three segmented channels:
- MI & Entertainment - Pro Audio products primarily to Musical Instrument (MI retail stores) and Concert & Touring (PA hire) sector.
- Commercial/Installation - Pro Audio products primarily to installed sound (corporate, music studios, bars & restaurants) and other non MI markets (consultants, AV installers & contractors).
- Consumer/Personal Audio - Earphone & headphone products to consumer distribution channel.
