In this example we have lectern microphones and wireless lavalier microphones for additional presenters. In addition you can see wireless handheld microphones (2 x Shure Beta58) which would typically be passed amongst the audience for questions directed to the presenter in a large room situation.

With top quality lavalier and gooseneck microphones available for the speaker, plus roaming handhelds for the audience, this system enables top quality and consistent audio from any position in the room.

The Shure UA844 is a UHF antenna distribution system that allows the expansion of wireless microphone systems by splitting one pair of antennas to multiple receivers. A single UA844 system can support up to four wireless receivers.

This type of system also has the ability for sound input from laptops and MP3 or CD players.

Radial make some of the worlds finest DI boxes. The Pro AV2 is a passive direct box specifically developed with the audio-video integrator in mind, has full two-channel stereo functionality, is easy to use and eliminates ground loops causing hum and buzz.

Automatic control of the microphones are managed with the Shure SCM810 Automatic Mixer. This can increase the clarity and intelligibility of speech, while reducing feedback and reverberation.

The QSC Basis 922uz is used for amplifier control and monitoring and features configurable DSP.

The QSC NAC-100 is an easy to use wall mounted Audio Network Controller allowing the system designer to create custom, graphical user interfaces using QSControl.net™. Since the NAC-100 operates via PoE (Power Over Ethernet), wiring consists of a single CAT-5 cable terminating to an RJ45 connector.

The combination of all of these elements allows flexibility and control of the audio.
